PAYMENTS
For reservations made 46 days or more prior to the trip date, a deposit of 30% is required in order to confirm the program.
For reservations made 45 days or less prior to the trip, total payment is required.
CANCELLATIONS
If we receive written notification of cancellations between 60 to 46 days prior to departure, 50% of the total payment is forfeited plus all expenses made for hotel cancellations, or any other charges. If you cancel the trip 45 days or less prior to departure, 100% of the total payment is forfeited.
NOTES
All of our trips are subject to availability with regards to hotels, airlines, etc. In the event that a particular establishment is not available we can change to similar accommodation.
Our programs are offered to FIT's (individual travelers) and can also be tailored for groups if necessary.
