South expeditions is a group of three companies: Travel Ecuador, Galapagos Endurance and Chile Expediciones. All of them are part of the same society and work with the same procedures and quality standards.
All of our branches work with the customization of our products for each of our clients. We do not have fixed itineraries; we can arrange different kinds of packages for each of our clients' needs. It is a matter of satisfying our partners and our customers.

No. We do not work directly with customers; we hold our regard to our partners. We do not have a 1800 number, and if a customer approaches South Expeditions, we are glad to refer them to one of our partners.
By request of our family, friends and employees, we have developed this program, to all the people we know that want to travel with us and join us in our adventure trips. Most companies do not have any kind of quality assessment system. South Expeditions has developed a reservations system: South STS, which allows us to keep control on updated levels of quality. The people of ISO 9001-2008 audit the results annually.
We have over 20 years of experience and never lost a client! Our tour leaders are considered the best professionals of the whole country. They have great experience and credentials. We have our own adventure equipment; professional photographs of each of our trips that help us promote our sceneries with our partners and PR in the US.
We also have great financial reputation; we always pay our employees, partners and suppliers on time. One of our goals is to empower our employees with courses and training, and we provide life insurance to all of them (including freelance employees). We put a lot of effort into making the company a great place to work.
